I've been dealing with this company for years due to conflicting information. I finally paid cash to replace my filtering system. I still have water coming in. They are aware of the problem and have come our several times to look but have done nothing to stop it. I'm beyond dissatisfied and angry becauseit'spreventingother repairs. Now my calls are not being returned but they have my money. I guess my next step is cout. Never pay them up front, you'll be very disappointed.

Robert Hacker, Malik Baker & James Passmore we’re extremely hard working, professional and courteous. They kept me informed on their progress and answered all of my questions. They showed me pictures of all of the work that was done in my crawlspace which included jacking up the house in multiple spots, support beams, dehumidifier and wrapped floors and support beam columns in a vapor barrier vinyl. I would highly recommend them.

Questions & Answers

Why do I have to pay for an inspection when the system clearly has never worked from date of installation? The water is not being pumped out. I can see the standing water in the tube. There is still a musty odor in the air. No one follows up!

I have a system also, there is a pump, I think sometimes water is left over in the tube. Did you check the pipe on the outside to see if there's any indication that water has been pumped out? Also, I'm not 100% sure, but I think there's a manual button you can push on the pump to force it to push water out, just to check if it's actually working?

We use a high-density polyurethane foam to fill voids and stabilize and lift sinking concrete slabs. The expanding properties of the two-part urethane formula allows for accurate leveling of the slab. Each house is different. No water problems, way cheaper. Unlike ours, big water problem, way more. I highly recommend you have them look at your house. They are full hands on professional. You can just say no, thank you or when can you start?
