Stood at the counter for five minutes while the cashier yelled if I was ready from across the store. Then Decided to come to the register with an attitude because I didn't hear her. If you want to go in a store In a great mood and leave out upset go to that one. Completely embarrassed me in front of the parents and kids that were waiting in line behind me. A great way to end my day after my brother's funeral right?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
