STOP let my awful experience and waste (loss) of 9k dollars, save you from having the same experience. Long story short I ordered 2 mattresses and a sectional....the men brought in 2 pieces of the sectional and I could immediately see black soot and tears all over the pieces so I said wait don't bring anymore in....in fact take that back with you because it's beyond damaged and they agreed (I sent the pictures to the manager like they requested) they said it was discounted and that they could get one from other warehouses but it would be a couple months. I didn't want to go through the holidays with no couch to sit on with my family so I said to just forget it and refund us....they said ok they'd process it and so a week went by nothing....we called and they said oh I forgot I'll take care of it. Another week goes by...nothing...go into the store and figured if I can't get my 4700 dollars back then let me see if I can pick something else out well we went in and everyone was defensive and rude so we had decided we weren't going to spend our money there. It's been 3 weeks now and we still don't have our money back PLUS one of the mattresses we bought has springs sticking up into my hip and calf so I haven't slept on the 3400 dollar mattress that I bought and they said so sorry for you. Unless you like expensive disappointment, I would shop elsewhere. I will say our son's mattress is decent and that's about it.

I bought two chairs from Hank's Fine Furniture. When the chairs were received, one of them was broken. I'm thinking they're going to replace it. I wait for someone to come out and look at it and they told me that it could not be fixed. Now I'm waiting for a part to come in. I purchased a new product shouldn't I be getting a new product and not something to be fixed? And I'm still waiting. I would not recommend them. This is my first and last experience with them

I am extremely impressed with Hank's Fine Furniture. As long as I live in this area, I will never shop anywhere else! I purchased a sectional. It was delivered 3 weeks later. I noticed some minor issues with the wedge & noted it on the receipt. After the delivery guys left, I noticed a few more issues with the same wedge piece - the feet didn't line up right and it felt like it pitched forward compared to the rest of the sectional when I sat on it. I previously tried purchasing furniture with Ashley Furniture & it was a nightmare that gave me PTSD. In the case of Hank's Furniture, I was able to contact the store directly instead of dealing with a bunch of different random corporate offices. They were able to respond to my complaint quickly. It did not take months to resolve my issue... in fact, it took only a week. I am delighted that my sales person AND the store staff were in contact with me and I could call them directly with issues, rather than getting tossed aroynd to random people in offices all over different states. And, in the end, I have a beautiful sectional that is incredibly comfortable, high quality and made in American rather than Vietnam. Thank you, Hank's for having a high quality of customer service!

Just bought a complete living room set from Hanks. Excellent quality, comfort and value for the price. James Shultz was our salesman and I can’t say enough good about him. He took great care of us and was fantastic to work with. We will soon be purchasing new mattresses and adjustable bases, and yes, our purchase will be from Mr Shultz and Hanks!!!

Don't buy ANYTHING HERE...take your money to havertys rooms to go or Ashley. Hanks has an all sales final policy. They will not help u if ur furniture arrives defective.
