HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Drivers stay away! Came here for a pick up. Arrived on time at noon. Right away I was told that they’ll call me after a door is available. 3 hours later went inside to ask for a door. Was told that second shift will load my trailer when they come in. Went in the office again after 2-3 hours later. Was told that the product was not ready! Went to sleep in my truck, got a call at 10pm to back into door. Got a call 4am the next day and was told to get paperwork from office!!! The people working here are just liars and lazy. Even the people working in the front office were lying and just full of it!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Live unload, 39k lbs , appointment at 10.00 am, arrived at 7.30 am, got a door right away, they starting unload me at 8.25 am but done very quickly, someone came to my truck and handed me my BOL at 9.15 am and I am out. Lady was nice at the window, security guy was also nice, easy in and out no problem with me. 08/15/2022.

They deserve Zero when comes to how they treat the drivers. And they lie cause they are denying your appointment to keep your out of their fence… they make excuses to say that your appointment was earlier.😡

I give zero star BCz check in 4:00 pm and 4:00 am I was told my load is not ready the worst place to deliver or pick up very rude staff they don’t care if you wait or leave
