Unfortunately most of these negative comments are true.The owner Rosemary is very nasty. Scheduled my daughter's appointment, called me 10 before the appointment to make sure I was coming and still allowed someone to seat in her seat..They have open roach spray cans everywhere and the customer servixe is horrible. 1st daughter ask for knotless and of course she got box braids and my 2nd child left in tears.ps dont believe no appointment times . They answer they phones and give everyone the same appointment. Ignorance at its best. Rosemary remember her name , please save yourself the time and somewhere else

The hairdresser a did a nice job on my niece's hair, but the service was rude, rude, nasty, rude. When I asked about the size of the braids, the woman told me to Google it. Every bit of communication seemed snarky. For me there is no trade off. When your attitude makes yours customers reluctant to talk to you, that's bad business. Good workmanship, but poor service delivery. First and last time going there.
