Worst lumberyard I’ve ever experienced.

We waited 10 months on our windows. Very happy to see them arrive yesterday. Once we started to install them we found, 4 with broken glass. 2 with the wrong size glass installed. 1” short!!!!! Never seen this before. Caulk all over the frame and glass. 1 with the glass pushed completely out of the frame. Most windows with the glass installed on top of the gaskets. Some with the wrong type of glass. Not sc. We have waited almost a year on these windows. They are holding up our brick install and our hardie siding. So disappointed in first source and ply gem. We still have some to install so who knows what we will find. Please Contact me
