If I could I would rate them for 0 customer service. I asked for help and the guy working there sat there and ingored me then said just go look. while still on his phone and he wouldn't help me. When I told him he lost a customer by acting that way he said ok bye

I didn't see a single employee except one who was vacuuming the floor. I was looking for something but was unable to find anyone to help. They had a cute selection of women's shoes however.

Nice clean store with lots of selection to choose from at reasonable prices. I went in close to closing time on a slow rainy Tuesday night and the 2 person staff were very friendly and helped mebfind the right pair of shoes. I've driven past this store 100times and didn't even know it was there, but I'm glad I know now. Most impressive by far was the staff and how I was treated as a customer. Highly recommended.

Why is shoe show asking questions about their own store?
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
