What matters most about my review here is that they did an excellent job fixing my Note 20 Ultra. It's brand new with the repairs. They used parts directly from Samsung, and they got the job done. I like how they work on the phone in front of you when you go in. Don't be alarmed by the partially shabby interior and their dog. They do what you need. They do it well. What else do you need?

Great experience getting my lg charging port fixed. Phone wouldnt charge at all due to a message saying i got moisture in it which i didnt. They figured out the problem and had it fixed within 45 mins.
