Like it as it is a great place to train watch, wait for a train on a platform. The Mexican styling of the architecture and the spaciousness of the surroundings coupled with the umbrella Café (albeit a bit overpriced but very pleasant) and an Amtrak ticket office and its proximity to several DTF establishments like Spaghetti Factory, Hopscotch, Stubriks, and Crawfish Cafe increase its value beyond just a place to catch a train.

Yes, top level of parking garage west of Harbor, for overnight train trips.
