I would like to thank Karla and her staff for making our 25th Anniversary a wonderful and beautiful event. Top notch from the very beginning to the very end. Karla made the event planning so easy and the food was delicious. All my guest were extremely happy with the event and the location. My husband and I got married February 29. 2020 (right before the pandemic worsened and quarantine began). Since then, we have been communicative with the venue owners about our experience but their response has not satisfied us, more so, they have IGNORED us. I will be up front and say we want and DESERVE money back. Here's why: Day after our Saturday wedding, I made sure to write a prompt email to the venue manager Karla. I felt that although she was a good "businesswoman" who enthused us, sold us the contract, and assured us that she would handle everything from beginning to end, she bounced at 5pm the day of our wedding (Not to mention she tried to sneak away while we were out taking out romantic pictures--without any closure or notification that she was leaving us. A huge THANK YOU! to Karla at Casa Bonita Event Center. On Friday night, we celebrated our daughter's 15th birthday. We wanted a very simple, elegant party, not an over the top traditional "quinceaǹera" With Karla's help, everything turned out perfectly. The venue looked absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. The wait staff was so detailed. I was so impressed that even though we had a buffet, they was aware of grandma and grandpa's and offered to bring them their food, instead of having them walk to the buffet table. This was a detail that I had not even thought about. I was very impressed! Thank you so much to everyone at Casa Bonita for a truly beautiful and memorable night!
