FountainGlen at Jacaranda is a wonderful place to live! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool, Jacuzzi, and gym are spotlessly clean. Office and custodial staff are outstanding on all levels. FountainGlen at Jacaranda is a quiet, clean, friendly, safe community. As seniors, we appreciate the tranquil ambience, the ample and convenient parking, and the security of a gated entrance. Our 1-bedroom apartment is on the third floor and we appreciate the easy accessibility of an elevator, especially after grocery shopping. Our large balcony provides a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning and a generous space for flowers and plants. We particularly enjoy the modern kitchen appliances, the spacious bathroom, the extra-large walk-in closet, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the capacious bedroom which also allows for a corner office space. To give just one example of the caring and responsive FountainGlen at Jacaranda Management, we recently submitted a maintenance request for our overhead kitchen light which had gone out. The Maintenance Supervisor was on vacation and who should appear at our door within an hour of our request but the Property Manager herself accompanied by the Leasing Consultant. They determined that a new ballast was needed for the kitchen light. The uncommon part was not available in on-site stock supplies, so the Property Manager arranged to have the part delivered and installed the following day. At 8’oclock that next morning, a Sares-Regis Regional Maintenance Supervisor was at our door with the part! Our kitchen overhead light was fixed within the hour! That is response above and beyond the ordinary and we were deeply grateful for such caring and quick assistance. Clearly, FountainGlen at Jacaranda Management is committed to excellence in meeting the needs of the community. FountainGlen at Jacaranda is a great place to live and we are happy to call it home. We highly recommend the community and thank the Property Manager and Office Staff for all that they do to create an outstanding environment for residents.

We have lived here for a year and although it is a beautiful place to live, the building is not smoke free as promised. Someone in our building smokes pot and the stench permeates through the air conditioning system and comes into our apartment. Two weeks ago, someone placed a sage stick in the stairwell to cover the stink of their smoke, left it burning on the carpet, and set off the fire alarm. Not happy.

Nice place and upkeep great. However, large increase in rent after the first year. Also special activities are done during the day. For those of us still working we can never make the events. It would be nice if they would mix it up a bit. Staff very friendly and they take care of problems right away. I really like the facilities but won't stay if they do another rent increase again next year.
