We had to wait until 11pm to have our room air conditioner fixed and then upon check out all they said was oh im glad yall got it fixed though.. then there was no complementary breakfast and with paying 300 a night i would figure it would be in the price. Then when i checked out the girl upfront said she was going to email me my recipt and never did i mean do they do anything right?

We got a King room and A room with 2 queen beds, both with beach views! The were both very clean and the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The gave us bandaids for free when our daughter scraped her leg in the pool and let us check in an hour early so we could swim :)

This is NOT a smoke free property. While out on our balcony we smelled cigarette and cigar smoke. When I told the front desk person they told me smoking allowed on balconies. They should be more truthful. The hotels on the southern section of the island do not allow smoking on balconies n balconies. we sm

Perfect place for a getaway. This hotel is so beautiful and in the perfect spot the staff is always super nice. The coffee is excellent! The restaurant has great food. The huge fire pit is just beautiful at night, the big huge comfy Lounge pods are amazing during the day. It's my favorite place to get away.

Rooms face beach, so yes! Its VERY beautiful there! You will not be disappointed!
Half the rooms are ocean front the other half face the parking lot. Good pool area on ocean side. Your reservation normally specifies oceanfront if it is. There is a small difference in price but worth it.

Holiday Inn has fire pits, outdoor seating, pool, food items and coffee for sale. Horse back riding would have to be booked thru a third party. Bike rental highly recommended as the Island is covered with bike trails (20+ miles).

Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly. Pets are permitted in specific room categories on the property. Please ensure your pet is registered prior to arrival.
We didn't stay with a pet, but 2nd floor has balcony and ground floor has patio. If you have a bike first floor is excellent. Rooms are big enough to bring bikes right in for the night. Staff even suggested that to us.
Absolutely, one of the most pet friendly hotels I have ever stayed at and leashed dogs can go on the beach.
They accept pets. Sorry I don't have the answers to the rest of your questions. We were there last spring, with our small poodle. They were great. Lots of area to walk dogs.
We stayed there mid January with our dog, you need to tell them and there is an extra fee for the dog. Real nice place and there is a walkway behind that is great for taking your dog for a walk and getting on the beach, P.S. dogs don't need to be on a leash when on Driftwood Beach, it's a bit hard to find the access to it though

Usually cool at night and mild to warm temps during the day. A little too cool to go in the water, but perfect for enjoying outdoor activities. Anytime you can go to Jekyll is a good time 👍😃
The bike rentals are 14.00 for half a day. They are 7.00 per hour so its just cheaper to,do a half a day rental. They allow you to take the bike locks with you so you can stop around the island. I don't know about the kid trailer.
Make sure to check the tide charts! If it is high tide, there will likely not be any beach to walk on. However, at low tide there is plenty. If you schedule it so that youre there while the tide is going out, you can still get plenty of beach time in.
It might be less expensive to get an AirBnB or home rental than stay in a hotel room for a month. Don't get me wrong. I LOVE this property! But, there are perks to renting a non-attached place for longer periods of time.
