This is the spot I love to go to that is less crowded for a short walk on the beach. It is becoming a smaller version of driftwood Beach. With clean restrooms and plenty of picnic tables this is a nice spot for a picnic.

You cannot drive on the beach. It's not far at all from the parking area to the beach. Maybe 200-300 feet.

Any day other than Friday/Saturday, it's mostly empty. Take bug spray. 🙂 Great sunsets.

Yes, & I've even seen small dogs (that only stay around their people) be there without leashes as well. It's a family beach & appears to include our four-legged family members too, lol
