Looking for a plastic surgeon is a big decision. I chose Dr. Shapiro initially because of his incredible reviews and the before/after images listed on his practice's website. Meeting him virtually, he assuaged my fears that my rhinoplasty might be a complex case, by reassuring me that he's performed many extremely complex rhinoplasty's each much more difficult than mine. In person, Dr. Shapiro is an engaging, confident doctor whose extremely focused on performing at a high level. Also, he's been doing rhinoplasty's a long time and experience is king, I feel, in this area. My results were really better than I anticipated. He made sure to keep a natural shape of my nose while also greatly improving my profile and front view. He's really very good, the best in my opinion, and I'd trust him with any plastic surgery.

Dr. Shapiro and his team were wonderful to work with. Doc was professional and extremely thorough in his consultations. His artistic vision on how to sculpt and create beauty is a trait that you don’t find often in plastics. Post-operative care team and facility associated with his practice is also absolutely top notch. If you’re in the market to enhance your face and/or body, you’ll need an artist like Dr. Shapiro. As a medical professional also in cosmetics, I know a true artist when I meet one. I would recommend my wife, sisters, mother and friends to this practice and be fully confident that Dr. Shapiro will deliver.

Would not recommend this surgeon if you have thick skin or an ethnic nose. I gave a star for some of the staff like Sage, RN and one because my nose is actually smaller than before BUTTT the tip is still bulbous, the nostrils are uneven and even after the painful revision (2 years later) nostrils are still uneven. Unsatisfied because I could have paid the same for surgeons who specialize for our types of skin/nose and I was told my nose would come out completely different during consultation. Even after the revision I agreed to continue seeing him in hopes of steroid shots……..but the current nurse never replied to my email. Don’t waste your time, money, or mental energy. Look into drs in turkey like Dr. Fahrettin Yilmaz or Dr. Suleyman Tas. I can’t wait for my revision! Feel free to reach out to me if you would like pics/before and after.
