Actually your score is 0 Anchor Appliance Serviced us for 20 years .. but because we didn’t purchase our appliances from them they refused to service us any longer… after 20 years with there new policy and owners. HOW DISGRACEFUL .. ITS NOT LIKE YOUR PRICES WERE REASONABLE FOR SERVICE ⁉️your greedy and rude… I’ve found a wonderful company, called JERSY COAST APPLIANCE, who far surpasses your arrogance and overpriced service, you lost a good customer… just ask your technicians … your loss my gain.. you never were accommodating nor Plesant, you always made your customers feel like you were doing them a big favor there’s no way that you can ever ,ever ,compare to the service that I’ve gotten from Jersey Coast appliance they are not a rip off as you are …Jersy Coast Appliance is very fair and didn’t charge us to come back and fix everything until it was completed properly working on our refrigerator.. Good riddance to Anchor who only services if you’ve purchased from them … nice to be that rich BarbW

I bought from anchor They were so enthusiastic to sell me this beautiful beautiful dishwasher that he even has in his own home,I was happy. Now it's broke and all I'm getting is the run around and nowit's my fault. As long as you are buying something they are Awesomeawesome but once it breaks they are terrible I would never and will never buy from them again !!!!!!!!!! They have been out twice still broke.. Now anchor appliance called me and said they will not honor their warranty their product and I am no longer will be served for them to fix this because of my review the truth is exactly how I've stated Everyone should read this and every person that's had a bad experience which I know it's many should write a review till they Fix the way they run their company and for customer service you really should be ashamed of yourself

My wife and I visited the store today. We were disappointed that they would not be able to deliver appliances to our condo due to long distance. However, the salesman Eric went all nine yards to explained all brand models and made many good suggestions for our situation, knowing that we were unlikely to become a customer. Even we didn’t spend a penny, but I believe this is a good store, a store with salespersons who put your needs above their commercial interests. This is so rare nowadays and I hope that everyone reads this review can benefit from their service

Absolutely. However in an effort to provide the fastest and best service possible we only do repairs on units that were purchased here. Any brand that we sell we are authorized to do the repairs for.
