Doctor Cohen is SO incredibly talented! I had a breast reduction, fat graphicing and removed my implants about 6 weeks ago. I am so impressed with the results. They are the perfect size, shape and the scars are very thin than expected. I feel like a whole new woman and loving me again! The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. The whole experience is great from start to finish. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I would recommend Dr. Cohen and his staff to anyone! Thank you so much!!!

I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Sigalove! His confidence, expertise and bedside manner, combined with the perfection of his work would be hard to match. His entire staff could not be better at what they do. The girls at the front desk immediately make you feel like family and truly appear to love their jobs. His OR nurses knew exactly what to say to put me at ease while also making me feel like they were the best in their field. The group of anesthesiologists he uses have many years of experience and the reputation to back that up. 10/10 recommend

Dr. Sigalove came highly recommended by a trusted family member and I couldn't be happier. From the very first communication, I felt extremely confident that I made the right choice. The front desk staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist... the entire staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable from pre-op to post-op and everything in-between. Dr. Sigalove answered every question and concern we (my partner and I) had without making us feel foolish whatsoever. When it comes to trusting someone with a surgery such as this one, I had no hesitation. My results are nothing short of outstanding. I absolutely love my new figure!

Dr. Cohen is highly skilled, listens attentively and has great compassion for his patients. The office staff are welcoming from the moment you enter and privacy is well- respected. I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen’s twice and feel fortunate to have found such a caring, down-to-earth surgeon.

Liposuction isn't actually a weight loss procedure. Instead, it removes localized areas of fat, such as in the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks, that persist even if someone exercises regularly and follows a healthy diet. A patient may lose 5 to 10 pounds after liposuction, but it's best if you're at or near a weight you're comfortable maintaining before undergoing the surgery.
A patient's age is less important than the quality and elasticity of the skin when determining if they can benefit from a facelift. At our Scottsdale plastic surgery practice, our surgeons assess each patient with the goal of using the least invasive procedure to address whatever concerns they might have.
Absolutely. The procedure—often called revision breast surgery—is one our board-certified plastic surgeons in Scottsdale often perform. Some women who have saline implants, for example, decide to replace them with silicone gel implants. Revision surgery is also an option when implants get old or for patients who experience complications with their existing breast implants.
There are many nonsurgical treatment options to minimize wrinkles and fine lines. These options range from injectables such as fillers and BOTOX® to minimally invasive procedures such as microneedling or EmbraceRF that uses radiofrequency energy to heat the skin. What's best for one patient may not be the best for another person. It really depends on your specific concerns, the quality of your skin, and your goals.
Most women who get breast implants—either saline or silicone—can successfully breastfeed. It's important to know that about 30% of women who don't get any type of breast surgery have difficulty breastfeeding. Breast augmentation surgery doesn't significantly change that percentage. The incision location isn't an important factor because most milk ducts aren't damaged regardless of the approach.
Breast implants are durable, but most women will replace or remove their implants at some point. There is no specific timeline for removal, and many patients keep their implants for 10 or more years. If you're happy with the appearance of your breasts and not experiencing any complications, there is no reason to replace the implants.
