Wife was in 3 days in a row for testing (due to number of tests NOT the facility) and the staff were all AMAZING. Better than good or standard, they are truly amazing. Witnessed a Karen meltdown in the lobby, which was handled TOP NOTCH by staff in a polite way that deescalated the situation and was done in such an amazing way. Wife had a reaction to the contrast (again her not the facilities fault) and staff were amazing and even gave her one of their personal hair ties as she forgot hers and was throwing up A LOT. Honestly a DRIVE from me, but what an amazing facility and thank you to everyone on staff for your help, care, and compassion!

Amazing customer service from the checking in girl, registration girl, Gabriel, Ed and Apple! I have severe claustrophobia and the MRI techs, Ed and Apple made everything easy and comfortable! I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the entire team!

Such helpful and comforting staff, considering most of their patients are probably anxious about their experience. Everyone was competent and knowledgeable. I felt zero anxiety which speaks volumes as to how a medical facility is run. Special shout out to Fidel, he's amazing and immediately puts you right at ease. Highly recommend.
