Extremely unhappy. Service is no where near what promised. Nurse Practitioner is unavailable and not reachable. We went with Patriot after there “Marketer” gave the impression Patriot was now in my area. Which turns out to be a mistruth!! They have no office here nor staff located in Florence. Making there visits extremely difficult. My HIPPA rights were infringed on when NP reviewed my entire medical records in front of company Marketer!! Until this evening I thought he was another NP, maybe her boss. I feel abused, misled and left to manage alone. Now what do I do. The Marketer suggested strongly I “go elsewhere “ and that he “wouldn’t start to say what you are”. I’ve been in Palliative Care for 4 years. After seeing me once a “Marketer” decides “nothing is keeping me from getting in the car and going to the doctor “. Now I just need to learn how to drive!! I guess he knows best. ** The offer to speak to someone is accepted! However seems like another empty promise? Since didn’t leave a method to contact them!
Broad Logistics Inc
Very Bad company in Philadelphia. They are not honest and do not pay what they advertize.

Philadelphia Pa.
Hello this is Giovanni from Philadelphia PA. My sister has Ms can't walk at all. I 5 years now I saw patriot home care on TV. I can get paid for helping my sister she can't drive anywhere
No
Whats the best home care provider?
Okay that's a very good question! ;-) The pay rate depends on the patients amount of care. For instance if the patient is assessed for say 20 hours per week then the pay rate will be slightly higher which can range anywhere from 12 to $13 per hour but when the patient is assessed for let's say 40 hours regular time and 10 hours overtime and that being said Monday through Friday and 10 hours during the weekend it all depends if the patient is okay with another person not knowing that person. There are so many reasons why it all depends so if you have a lot of hours your pay rate could be as low as 975 an hour but with all the overtime pretty much equals out... I hope I answered your question and with that being said in "Jesus name amen." 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
is this true
Yes
It all depends on how many hours the patient was assessed by the state of Pennsylvania
They don't provide any retaining...75 hours are required yet the give you none... It's really one of the worst places to work.. Very unstructured and unorganized.

Orientation it's configured of video tutorials in a class on a projector. Usually about 6 hours....sometimes broken into 2 days. Classes are usually 10 or less people. Most of the care execution videos are common sense. Lunch is also provided. After the training, you Will be subject to take a physical from your primary doctor
Start all over,my friend worked 15 yrs an tried to get medical leave because of the job an she couldn't or she be fired. Talk to ur state rep

I hope you wellness an blessings. This is the Philadelphia county u will qualify for free transportation to an from doctors an for food shopping too.
Yes your client must request more hours through there insurance. As long as there doctor backs up that they need more care. There shouldn't be a problem. That's not a matter Patriot will be willing or able to do.
No its every 2 weeks but it's always right and they pay higher than the others!
It depends on your service coordinator..
Dont know you should definitely call to know what you would need to do.
Most agencies an Coordinators will close by dec 31 2019,dont know about this one. If u have keystone they will be taking over an u will loose ur home health aid. I'm trying to find out were there others Coordinator offices god bless good luck.

Patriot offers training program (mandatory) in small classes with a series of videos. Classes are usually about six hours with lunch break where they feed you.
Just called them and they said no
Yes do you have your osha HIPPA certificate
Yes 401k and life insurance
Okay how do I sign up or apply to be my dad's caretaker?
no
9 to 3
Yes for Christmas and New Year's
There's a required number of training hours depending on the specific position. The training is at the office and it is paid.
Good question
Yes
Haven't been there that long, not sure. But I do know if you go in they're taking applications that way. Plus if you you have your own client, it's quicker for you getting work and you don't have to wait for them to find an available client. Don't this help?
Hello Annie Farley. Your probably not get a awnser to your question because its kind of vague. Does your son in law plan on caring for you or others? If he plans on caring for you. You have to be approved through your insurance as well as other agencies. If he plans to care for others, it's very simple. All he needs to do is apply to any of the various agencies out there. Were he will receive training if he is accepted for employment.
Do they give u assistance with being a caregiver to my child who has autism, is that the same program
Every other Fri. No pay this week. Oct 4th next pday
10 plus overtime free medical and life ins. To start. I make 45k yr because I get 30hrs or each week
It depends on the amount of hours your patients case manager (pca, insurance... etc) grants them. Then the case manager, patriot, the patient and you all come up with a schedule. Hope that helped.
Starting at $12.00 an hour As I tell everyone, watch out for wicked clients that want you to share the money and manipulate the system.
They pay 12.00 $ hr But watch out for greedy clients that want you to split the money with them.. some people abuse the system and lie well
No. You will not be compensated for training. The first day expect to stay for at least 5 hrs of video training and info session. Lunch provided.
Uf yiur certified i think you get more $11hr
Yes.
I went thru the agency near me for the elderly. It's called the center for independent living. You can Google where in your area may help.
It all depends on how many hours the state (cosa)pa. Has assessed the patient for...
Why do I keep getting these reviews?
It would be best to call them to get the correct answer
You can get in touch with your mother's insurance and they will direct you and if she has medicaid call them and they will help you fill out the application, than you find the company you want to work with. If your in Philadelphia I use Access home care.
Home care
Your pee always will reflect on how many hours the patient is needed so in other words needs a 70 hours a week then your pay per hour who will probably be cut down because of all the overtime being that 40 hours a week is a which ancestry hours would be overtime. I hope I can help in some way that helps you
It varies on how much care the state assesses the patient for ex. If a patient is assessed for 70 hours and 30 of them is overtime there for the employees hourly rate will be lower then somebody that their patient was assess for only 20 hours a week there for their pay rate will be higher then the person getting 70 hours a week. That's how it works hope I was helpful
No they train you
Patriot is the hardest company to sign up with
You have to pick a home health aide agency. Make sure you fill out all the paperwork that is requires. Make sure your mother gets a letter from the doctors stating she's needs care. The paperwork will go to the insurance company. An aging corporation will determine how many hours they are gonna give her. Secondly, her insurance will pay the agency that will pay you for being her caregiver
