$14 per hr
Some ppl such as myself make $10 hr. Every salary depends on experience, education etc. Therefore, don't believe that since you're quoted an hourly rate that everyone makes the same , because we don't. Enjoy your day 🌞
Depends on the experience you already have under your belt. It also depends on the exact care the paitient may require. Has nothing to do with race sex creed religion, or anything else that could be discriminated against. For example if you are caring for a family member who makes a certain amount of money per month.... Patriot home care and most other companies go by patients income if they can afford a better company, but choose a family member to care for them then that is just how it works. If you are not Caren for a family member most home health care companies pay more per hour. Say u work for Christiana you make more but you do more work. I started with patriot home care and made less than 12.00 an hour Caren for my grandma and she was happy to be with family instead of a stranger.
Almost 5years n still at 9.50hr.
