At least they removed those horrible wall/kitchen island. I had to suffer with that nonsense for 5 years. Carpet floors back then (2009-2015) Mice visited us a few times (7 th floor) in 5 years of me rented there they never done any repairs. So when we're leaving they wanted to charge us for carpet replacement.

The arbors is a horrible place to live. As soon as u move in u will be planning to move out. Thats me being nice cuz i dont want to post anything really bad on line
The rentals are low income based not credit based, so it depends on how many rooms and possible tenants what the income requirements will be. EDIT: I don't believe they do care/check credit but if they do it's not going to hinder your chances on getting a unit it would most likely be if you make "too much" you wouldn't be able to get a unit

The Arbors is income restricted , so its about falling within the brackets . For a one bed room , about 34k a year , is the max . they will adjust according to the working adults being listed on the lease . But it is always best to contact them and find out where you fall in . Also , the arbors is apart of a community , so the williows in Burlington and westampton will have about the same pricing .
