The Arbors is income restricted , so its about falling within the brackets . For a one bed room , about 34k a year , is the max . they will adjust according to the working adults being listed on the lease . But it is always best to contact them and find out where you fall in . Also , the arbors is apart of a community , so the williows in Burlington and westampton will have about the same pricing . It's all different. Sometimes they use a sliding scale. Meaning the more you earn. The more you pay. And the less you make. The less you pay. I would contact them and see where you fit in.
