The rentals are low income based not credit based, so it depends on how many rooms and possible tenants what the income requirements will be. EDIT: I don't believe they do care/check credit but if they do it's not going to hinder your chances on getting a unit it would most likely be if you make "too much" you wouldn't be able to get a unit
Yes, just didn't know if they went based off of credit. I submitted an app Thursday waiting for a response
It is an Income Based complex. If you make to much based on your household size you might make too much to reside there.
