Are you gonna wait for the whole laundrymat to break down before fixing any of these machines?? There's been multiple washers/dryers broken in my section since last winter. -I don't wanna speak to anyone about this we all pay too much for this to be happening just do better

Very racist and apartment has black mold. When asked to clean it or relocate it was ignored. State Department was even called and said no one could live in there and it needed to be cleaned but still nothing. Tried to lock us out without doing proper protocol (illegal). Do not recommend ever!

So far everything has been great! I love the location. Everything is so close and I love my town house! Neighbors are also great. No complaints. And our agent Mackensie was great!!! She has a great sense of humor and made the whole move-in process very smooth!

My name Rico,i used to live there in Fox Meadow,and live there for long peiriod of time but i have a lot of bad experiance there.when you apply to rent a apartment,he front offic people are so nice to yu especially the manager but once you in they got ing to gve a nightmare,aftr i live there for seven years and my friend ask me to rent his hous in Cherry Hill,so i need to vacate my unit cause i’m done on my lease they charge me the old carpet ithere.you know that every six year the carpet need to change because it’s d right,and office said that they are not going to guve back my security deposit if we did not pay for the carpet.they are so greedy.if i’m the one that going to lease an appartment,surely i want a new carpet so why they charge me the old carpet?that is why i don’t wanna go back there.Nexttime i’m going to post some bad experiance i got o er there in apartment.

They are thieves. Read the lease agreement before you sign!!! You will not get your full security back even if your apartment is still in the same condition as when you moved in with normal wear and tear added. You'll probably get 1/4 of it back with minimum wear and tear. Don't do it. They have the huge roaches and small roaches. It's disgusting

No it was not open and has been Close since Covid. Now the entire area except for the golf course has been under construction. As 2022.
From 1,200 to 1,375 all depends how nice you want your apt to look like. (New appliances,washer/dryer,dish washer and etc.
Pool was ripped out when they began building the clubhouse.
