My family and I absolutely loved living at the highlands! Ryan, DeCarla and John were all very nice to work with, always showed concerns and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I have lived here for over a year and the other residents are considerate and kind and you never hear a peep from anyone else's apartment. The managerial staff is excellent. Whatever you need they are not only able and willing but they are seem to know ahead of time your wants and needs and provide them to you. The maintenance staff is competent and remarkably helpful and available. The development is safe, convenient to everything and well-maintained - more so than any other place I have lived in Cherry Hill and beyond. And if you ask me where I can see living 5 years, 10 years or even 15 years down the road - if everything stays the same as I have just described previously - you will find me right here and still as happy as the day I moved in. I know this may sound like its impossible to enjoy your home as much as this - especially a rental - but after owning a house for 11 years this is just exactly what I need and I couldn't be happier.

I moved here in April and I already give my 60 days notice. Bad community , I told them twice already that bees are coming to my apartment and my window are always close , I’m guessing they are coming from the vents and they still didn’t do anything . I have to killed at least 7 bees a day .

Let me begin by saying De’Carla and Ryan have truly been a blessing to meet! Also John in maintenance is awesome! My family and I love, absolutely LOVE our new 3 bedroom apartment. The building we live in is nice and quiet. The neighborhood is great! Everyone is so friendly. Thank you for making this experience one of a kind! We definitely have already recommended this place to several people!
