They lost two patients with us. Brought our kitten here with a very visible snotty nose and cough. Dr Austin looked at him and rattled off facts about kittens as if she didn’t know what else to say or do about his visible sickness telling me all of the different things that it possibly could be but that he looked ok for now? She told me our kitten looked fine and sent me home(where she knew I have another cat as well) $130 later for her to just look at him and not warn me to keep our cats separate as the things she rattled off were all highly contagious unknowingly to me. Fast forward two weeks and we are in the mount Laurel emergency animal hospital with our adult cat who was much more sick with the same symptoms for them to tell us the kitten gave her herpes disease which is a lifelong virus that affects the upper respiratory system whenever there is a flare up. So another couple hundred dollars and a list of meds and two sick cats that this first vet could’ve prevented had she told me to quarantine my sick kitten and given him meds. Not to mention she then ignored me reaching out with my concerns and complaints. Update: After reading how this group of “professionals” handled my traumatic experience in my communication logs from the unempathetic manager, I now have a legal case on my hands. Be aware of the long term emotional turmoil this team will leave you with after the long term sicknesses animals can develop when they go untreated.

This place has gone completely downhill since they were acquired by a large corporation. It's expensive, it's impossible to schedule an appointment and they never answer the phone.

I've been a client of this office since the original owner, and when he retired and I saw who had bought his business, I was more than happy to stay as their client. The new group of vets and staff are all dedicated to our beloved animals wellbeing, and all my animals have been treated with nothing but love and tenderness. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent vet service! UPDATE.. still love my drs here and they have added vet staff.i find though, since VCA aquired, they are extremely busy and getting an appointment can take a while if you are not open to seeing who ever is free. Still love these vets though!

Back when it was Maple Shade animal hospital and privately owned they used to give great care and charge a reasonable amount. Once they went corporate, they began to push unnecessary treatments and medicines and the prices became insane. I just recently took my dog for a routine check up which included a heart worm and fecal check, and they literally were in the room with me and my dog for under 5 minutes, and charged me over $200. Corporate greed at its finest. New vet for me moving forward

Nope. I wish. Looking for one.
And what is your question?
To Dr. Ken Dazen on Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill, he is an Avian Vet. Garden State has no Avian Vets.
