Only been here for a week so I cant complain much lol Rebecca in the leasing office HAS ANSWERED ALL MY CALLS before & after i moved in .So leasing office answers the phone atleast, Rebecca is great…. My heat switch wasn’t on the first day so i put in a workorder & CALLED LEASING OFFICE.. REBECCA ANSWERED LIIKE ALWAYS ……maintenance came as soon as possible!!!!! 🙏🏾 My carpet is BRAND NEW, no bugs yet nor mice so no complaints there yet !! Parking is decent …. Not too loud in here yet … So NO COMPLAINTS from me YET lol .

The most annoying management I have ever seen. 2 phone calls, 4 emails and I still cannot get a "rough estimate" pricing for a Studio Unit. First impressions last long. I will stay away (far far away) from these guys.

Since I have moved into my apartment, it has been the worst living experience of my life. In a matter of a couple of months, my washer and dryer have broken down twice. I have had roaches everywhere even after an extermination team was called. On top of that, the ceiling in my bathroom has fallen THREE times. Today was the third time and it fell directly on my head which has led to bleeding. I have been a great resident, and have always paid my rent on time, but this level of treatment and service to residents is unacceptable.
