I recently completed the required coursework to obtain my NJ Real Estate License. The Real Estate School is the best. I tried twice before to take the classes to get my PA License, but the providers I chose were awful and I lost interest midway through. The classes are online and the instructor Michelle is fantastic. She is enthusiastic, keeps the class moving along and has a ton of relavent, real world examples to emphasize the topics you learn. Classes always started exactly as scheduled and the user platofrm is very easy to connect to. The classes have both a midterm and final which Michelle has an awesome indepth video review she plays just before the exam. These classes also allow you to sit for your PA and NY license which is convenient especially since I need both for my job. I highly recommend the Real Estate School for anyone looking to start a career where a real estate license is needed. A+++

Michelle is an awesome teacher! The class was very informative and Michelle kept me engaged. Online courses are usually tough for me because I like to actively participate with everyone, however, the material and teacher absolutely made a difference!

I HIGHLY recommend this school. I had my license before but let it lapse and now that classes are online I got a little nervious about taking the class again. This is the only school that let me sit in to see if it was the right fit for me. And boy, was this the right fit for me. This did not feel like it was online. I felt like I was in the room with Michelle the entire class. She is engaging and has a great way of explaining things that are easy to understand. She also has a great sense of humor! Renee is also a great instructor with great stories of her lawyer practice as well as her real estate career. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Hello Patrick! This is definitely a question for an accountant or CPA however just so you know students now get 5 college credits for our course. That might make a difference with the tax question.
Hello Richard. We have a full time day course which runs once a month (next start date is 7/25) and part-time evening courses that start about every three weeks (next evening start date is 8/2)
