I think you can use your tubes at any of the beaches on Sanibel or Captiva...at your own risk since there are no life guards. I have seen dogs at the beaches near the light house and at Blind Pass. Technically I think they are not allowed, but nobody says anything if they are well behaved. There is a dog beach in Bonita Beach.

My opinion is that if you are a homeowner and you are paying Property Insurance liability insurance and Landscaping Etc then you may have a chance to block off a section of it if it's leading out to the beach and only a portion of it may be blocked but I would not allow sun umbrellas to go up I'm not an expert on this I'm not certain but I sure hope you find out best of luck let's hope everybody will turn out happy can't please everybody but if you are a homeowner again and you are facing the ocean and you're paying all these taxes all this liability I would I would check it out you bet I hope you do best of luck again
