Barbara, thank you for contacting us. We do battery replacement for most watches and we can adjust most watch bands. We do not do any other watch repair, but we would be happy to refer you to a watchmaker. Just give us a call.

Jay, we do size rings here in the shop, but we would need a little more information to answer your questions. For example, we would need to know what type of metal it is and if there are any stones. Downsizing prices start at $27 and we like to get a week, but can work with you to meet your needs.
