I had water pooling at my meter that would not recede. I called Utilities and just slightly over ONE HOUR later, they arrived and made the repair. Can't ask for much better service than that. Thank you Chesterfield County!

Unprofessional. Woke up to 3 county utility workers climbing my fence at 7am. Uninvited, unannounced, I have a dog, luckily she was inside. When I confronted them they didn't even address the fact they were climbing my fence at 7am. They were at the back of my property. There are no water pipes there.
