With no hesitation she promptly acknowledges and addresses any need brought to her attention :) Customer service at its best, with consistent communication and follow through to resolution. Keep up the great work!! - 3 years and counting 1/1/2020 I have to say the team has been very responsive to emails and maintenance request/query’s I do appreciate their patience and support. rented a house from this company for 12 years, they never fixed anything had black mold in the master bath shower, not once did they come out and fix it, the roof was leaking due to weather, never even tried coming out to look at it. Got a notice we had 45 days to get out that they were selling the house. Come to find out they listed the house for $800 more as a rental. I do not recommend this company, there are so many better companies that actually care about the tenants, this company is not one of them. Do better people

DO NOT RENT FROM HOME RIVER GROUP WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!! The house was not clean when we got the keys. We were told before receiving the keys that the house was clean and move in ready but had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves before moving in. We have had nothing put poor communication from our Property Manager. Even vendors have joked about how bad our property manager is. It has taken weeks/months on several occasions to get maintenance request scheduled or even acknowledged. The only way I have got fast responses was threating rent compensation. The owner even reached out asking if we would renew our lease through them directly and not go through Home River. Hands down the worst property management company I have had to deal with.

Good luck, we rented with them 3 years and they didn't fix anything. Made false promises they would do it next year, or agree to upgrades then not follow through. Get out as soon as you can.
If you rent from HomeRiver then yes, You are lucky to even have water. They shut mine off by mistake over a month ago.

They screw you no one is ever the same as you spoke to before, a security deposit is their way to upgrade the house for the next victim.
It's hell trying to get things done. Wishing my least was up... I just got into this place a few months ago been leasing with them a while still looking into fighting them over my deposit from the last rental I had with them
