Hello Mr. Wheeler, At Property Frameworks when a tenant gives notice to vacant 1st we ensure proper notice was provided as per the terms and conditions of the lease. 2nd we will schedule a date for your move-out and place the property on the market to find a new tenant for the property. 3rd we will inspect the property after you move out and provide a detail of deductions per state applicable laws. Since your name does not show up in my system and you did not provide an address I am unable to assist you at this time. Please feel free to contact us at (972) 407-9991 and we will be happy to assist you.

No Mr. Wheeler, If you are providing the timeframe for move out notice which your lease will provide 60/90 days then that should be sufficient. If there is a conflict with your requested date then the property managers should let you know correct timeframe for giving the notice for moving. They should never harass you over something that is in the lease. Just adhere to the lease.
