I am very interested in a home that is managed by this company. But I am extremely concerned about the 1.5 star review.

It's hell trying to get things done. Wishing my least was up... I just got into this place a few months ago been leasing with them a while still looking into fighting them over my deposit from the last rental I had with them

I posted my original review before we moved out. We had nothing but problems. Houses wear out and I understand that. When the repairs dont get fixed properly or in a timely manner that's where I have issue. So after our lease was up we received a bill for 1400 on top of them taking our 2000 dollar deposit. Still arguing with that one and will probably have to waste more time dealing with this. DO YOURSELF A FOVOR, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't use or go through them. I had a horrible experience.

Many property management companies get low stars on Google reviews because unfortunately the only people that post are the ones that are upset. Sometimes the companies have to evict people, which is not fun for anyone. Sometimes they have to wait for an owner to approve a maintenance request before they fix something. It is hard being stuck in the middle, no one can make all people happy all the time. I would ask for references to ask questions to...If you look at some of the reviews the people are so mad they do not even write in full sentences or use correct grammar. That is when you know that post is being written in the moment in an emotional state not a rational state. Plus, when the issue is resolved they never leave a follow up post of how the problem was resolved, I personally think that would be helpful. These are just thoughts and ideas to think about when looking at property management companies. I hope this helps?

We moved into a property of theirs in October. Since moving in we have had issues with the garage door falling off track and buckleing in,that took over a month to get repaired. pipe broke leading from upstairs toilet leaking into my downstairs kitchen, hallway ceiling along with carpet in my master bedroom, they had a plumber or what I assumed to be come out to fix the issue which led to an all day project where they cut out sheet rock from my half bath down stairs and my master bathroom under sink. That’s still not done, after a days work the guys left and no one has been out to replace the sheetrock which the hole was covered up by a plastic garbage bag, my fence is rotting in the back yard which makes my neighbors complain to me, when there is nothing I can do about that, can not get ahold of them for the life of me, even through portal, and paying rent is Ridiculous takes more than 5 business days to be taken out of account.

Just resigned another 2-year lease with them. I have had nothing but good experiences. When something breaks, I use their on-line portal to enter a work-order. Most of the time a repair guy is out that morning or afternoon. I guess each experience can be different, but we have been super happy with Property Frameworks.
