Alright place live here now apartment staff is nice. Apartments are always hot the air seeminly doesnt work very well and also the place seems to be falling apart first our laundry room door fell off the hinges several times and our bathroom door knob fell off. The maintenance isnt that great either nice guys but there is like onky 2 or 3 workers and honestly usually only one works everyday. The rent is also pretty high for such a small place and on top of that it goes up like every year almost 20 dollars even though we have always paid on time. After this lease we will probably be moving. It's an alright place but I wouldn't recommend staying here more than a year also there is like no park,no pool,no clubhouse just washer and dryer area and then they have a washer and dryer hookup so there's not much to the apartments as a hole. Edit: So after finally moving out of this place thank God I can finally give a full and honest review. The air conditioning in our apartment sucked bad and even leaked all the time. We had a huge water spot on our carpet underneath the air conditioning unit the thing didn't even work properly after only a year of living there all together we lived there I think it was almost 4 years all together. Anyway they came out to fix our air conditioning unit several times id say at least twice and it never worked properly and when they did "fix it" it would work for a couple of months and start leaking again I believe they should have gave us a hole new unit. Also while we lived there someone broke into our apartment I'd say at least 3 times that I can specifically remember one time while we were gone someone kicked our door open and stole everything inside our place during the middle of the day. I know this specifically because we were gone maybe 30 mins and we come back and almost everything we owned was gone. And of course noone saw anything supposedly and it was in the middle of the day it was like maybe 3 or 4 o clock and also ontop of that the apartments did nothing to really make us feel safe even though like I said something like this happened to us about three times while staying there always in the middle of the day and noone saw anything also our apartment was practically right next too the leasing office and not only that it was right next too the parking areas so everyone could very visibly see our apartment! One time some kids broke in our apartment I know this because I called the cops because they had stolen my purse with my wallet and my ID, social security and everything else in it. Well anyway they got caught and we find out they didn't even live in cherry glen apartments they lived in Stone lake lodge which the people in the office knew and they still let them lotter around our apartment complex apparently they had also broken into other people's apartments as well. Anyway like I said luckily they were caught and arrested, and I got all my belongings including my purse back because they were breaking in somewhere else and carrying my purse around like idiots mind you they stole a coach purse so it was distinctive enough for the police to recognize my item i reported stolen. Besides being robbed several times and the air conditioning never working properly there was also the problem of bugs in these apartments. Now never in my life have I had a bug problem and now as I no longer live here I don't have a bug problem either. So the way I see it these apartments are the problem and where me and my fiance got them at. We ended up having bed bugs while we lived there and they were really bad as well. We left almost everything there when we left. Before we even left we did tell the apartments about the bugs and they did absolutely nothing about it, its as if they didn't care. After years of being moved out and driving by our old apartment I can see its still vacant and noone lives there still too this day. Im assuming it is because of the very serious bug issue I was talking about as they were very bad too be honest. Luckily we took none with us when me moved. I would not recommend them.

They have alright looking apartments but the rent is WAY to HIGH and would not recommend anyone to move here. My little brother and his girlfriend was paying like 749 a month for one bedroom and all the utilities. They had a dog too so a dog fee also.
