I rented my car for 2 days. Picked up the car at 5:30 pm. Didn’t use car until 8am by 9 am . I get a call from Brian demanding me to tell him where I was and who I was with. Saying I was speeding and I needed to return car back within a hour or the cops will be called! Like what! Can they even do that! I was totally confused , I brought the car back within a hour for them to take the car back from me and charge me for a day! Because they say I was speeding. I didn’t even get to use it. Nowhere on the contract does it say u can’t speed or u have to bring the car back! These people are the worst! Don’t ever deal with them!!!! They will take ur money!

No just a bill in the renters name and the address has to match the ID
We actually do have 24/7 roadside assistance when you call the emergency number on the key tag. We work with a company that will be able to come help. In the unlikely event that the car is not drivable, the car can be towed back to our office and a replacement vehicle will be provided.
