Unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. They failed to communicate that we could not leave our personal vehicle on their property while we had their vehicle and forced us to turn around after being an hour away. They threatened to tow our vehicle if we did not return to move it. Will never rent from them again.

AVIS won’t honor an AVIS voucher. They created it with routing number and all. Worst experience ever. Deceived. Manager lied and smiled in my face and asked for me to come back and see if I can use in future. Deptford/Woodbury Manager for AVIS was totally disrespectful and un accommodating. Didn’t give me any option other than “try using it next time”. Will never use AVIS again so I won’t be next time. Going to BBB to get refund. Truly no stars at all but they won’t let us do zero stars. Go to another vendor. Don’t use AVIS.
