This is a place where everyone fights over a parking lot managers don't care and if you used to live there before they take you back but they don't check whether they used to live at before cause all they were about is the money it's funny how the person still lives in the house and still has her name on the lease and still here but doesn't check with the place where she used to live up before And that's why she is leaving But what do they care as long as they get someone in there they don't care about anyone else

I've lived here for 10 years. There are ups and downs. As would be at any place you rent. I would not have any advice to give weather it is a yes or no place for anyone to move into.

Each apartment 3 in a building or so u have a locked door which all 3 people share the laundry is at the main office so depending on where your apartment is all different but walkable..

It various from apartment .. u can be paying a 30, 50, or 60% rent ... I live a 2 bedroom an my rent is 802.. my unit is a 50% unit .. my friend pay 560 for her 30% unit .. no they do not go by your income .
