I love working from The Mill!!! This is the perfect mix of quiet work space and great collaborative energy. The layout is modern and cool plus there is all the coffee you can handle. The Mill is perfect for hosting meetings/networking events. Location couldn't be better...walking distance to everywhere in Downtown Wilmington. Super cost effective as well!

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Rebecca and Rob for all the effort the two of you have put into this project of building an incredible community (and the rest of the The Mill team too!). I cannot tell you how special this place has been for me and I see how special it is for many, many, many of the other members that also work here. I don’t come every day but man do I look forward to coming in when I do!! Unfortunately, I am moving out of state and will no longer be in the area…. SO SAD!!!! My soul aches at the thought of it to be honest. Thank you for the memories, the stories, the ping pong, the community, the coffee, and my bicycle commute. Adios The Mill… You will forever have a place in my heart.
