Poor customer service after a long wait it ultimately made me make the decision I’m gonna just take my money & open up a different account with a new bank I still don’t have my pin for my card after waiting 3 weeks

The tellers are rude and have poor customer service skills. A young white gentleman on the a.m. of 7/16/18 refused to give me change for a $5.00. He cited policy indicating that I needed to open an account there. I understood and respect him for following the rules; however, he spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner.

Good service, but I really don't like being told I can make deposits at the ATM every single time I come in there to make a deposit. I tend to take larger deposits inside because the ATM only takes 30 or so bills at a time and you end up having to do different ATM transactions if you have more than that. Look, I KNOW that I can make this deposit at the ATM. I'm sorry to bother you, but I don't feel like standing at your ATM doing multiple transactions when you could just do one transaction at the counter for me. Thanks.
