BEWARE OF BED BUGS AND COCKROACHES NO MATTER HOW MUCH PEST CONTROL ROLLS THOUGH!!! AC does not keep up during the summer and causes the utility bill to be incredibly high. My car was broken into and stolen several times. Outside of those things, the staff is great!

DONT RENT HERE DO NOT LIVE HERE WORST EXPERIENCE BEYOND DESSAPOINTED. LEFT A $150 DOLLAR DEPOSIT.Found somewhere else to live so after the fact that they said it be refundable 6 months later I go and they seem to just ask for a address.To supposedly send me my $150 6 months NO CHECK and they are sure good enough to ask for money but not to refund it is it management or what I didn't get no services so I would believe my money is to be refunded.. LITTERALLY MIND BLOWN WHY IS THIS FOR I WANT ANSWERS

Had my tour at Fielders Creek Apartments today and was impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted by Gregory and Nancy both of whom were excited to show me the community. Admittedly, I was not expecting the best given some of the previous reviews. On my tour, I had the opportunity to speak with guys from the maintenance department that you could tell care deeply about the community. The leasing office, gym, and grounds were all clean and inviting. I toured a lovely 2 bedroom that was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the maintenance guy washing the breezeway during my tour!

These apartments are completely disgusting. The whole year I lived here there wasn't anyone working in the front office so any concerns I had were directed to another apartment complex. I lived in a garden level unit and my apartment flooded 3 different times. My son's room ended up flooding and mold was growing on the walls and absolutely nothing was done no one even came to look at it. Bed bugs were spewing from the vents and roaches were caked on the walls with 80 layers of paint. We moved out and they claimed we owed extra money and took our deposit for cleaning and painting when we left that space spotless. When there were people working in the front office they were rude and disrespectful and belittled you for living there. Do not move here it's definitely the worst place I've ever lived and would never recommend anyone living there.
