If you want to pay 2k+ for only a nice apartment and very maintenance done to the complex itself, then this is a great place! But if you except that the complex will also get proper maintenance, then this is not a good place. I'm about to move out on my first 13 month lease here and I can for sure attest to the lack of maintenance, this year the garage door was broken for months on end and the crime rate in the garage went way up, the pool is advertised as heated but they say it's not working properly so they close the pool during the winter, doors going from the garage into the "locked" hallway for the apartments handles can be locked open allowing anyone in without a key, the trash cans in the garage is constantly over flowing, it's just a lot of little things that don't make paying 2k+ in rent worth it.

I came from out of town and needed an apartment quickly because of a new job and Emily went above and beyond to help me. As soon as I entered she was so welcoming and worked with me to try and find a unit in time. Out of the 5 places I visited across Denver this place was truly unique and having staff like Emily to guide you through the process made it a fun experience!

The maintenance team is great! Don is always making sure everything is running smooth. They are all really kind and very welcoming. I really recommend Helios apartments a place for your new home.

Great staff here. plenty of times where i locked myself out and misplaced my keys, and the assistance from the staff (Don, Chad, Brittany etc.) they helped right away woth no problems. I looove it here. The property is always clean and smelling fresh, and i love relaxing in the lounge area with all the great amentities they offer here A++. THANKS SO MUCH 🙂
