I'm a volunteer for SNOW BUDDIES offered by Englewood and available to those in need of someone to shovel snow for them because they are elderly or disabled. 1st visit was during snow storm and at 4:00 am. Looks extremely nice compared to other trailer parks I've visited. I did find it difficult to locate units. Could use signs on each street sign letting u know what unit #'s are down each alley or street. But as stated during a storm and it was dark out so maybe I just missed them. I thought from what I saw tho that everything else was well maintained and looked nice.

I have a question... Never been here.. is it only 55yr+? And does anyone know of any inexpensive places to live for rent that would let me pay monthly with not good credit and minimum paperwork requirements? Just moved here, was abandoned lol but decided to stick around and try something different... Been in a hotel for months & I'm sick of it. Need stability or I'm going back to nashville TN

Good location and the residents I met were very welcoming. Unfortunately Shannon put me of referring people there. After working in much larger parks in Australia and staying at over 50 parks here in the USA Shannon really needs to understand guests. Just because she didn't leave details for our site (knowing she was leaving the park) she expected us to remain in where we were, blocking a road until she called me back some 1.5 hrs after we arrived. We did what a staff member told us to do, pick a site. It turned out the site Shannon had allocated us was far to short for our rig even though they had all the details they requested when I booked.

Quiet, nicely maintained, no dogs and folks over 55. Loving it thus far!!! We stayed for 4 months and loved it. Quiet courteous neighbors, beautifully maintained and sweet staff. Our stay got cut short and the staff was very understanding and supportive. I've seen reviews where people complained about silly stuff only because they didn't follow the rules or felt they didn't apply to them. Lease is spelt out very clearly. Rules apply to everyone for a reason.....just saying. One of the nicest parks we have stayed in. Enjoy!!! These folks have a website, please use it. It spells everything out for you PRIOR to calling or dropping by. Dogs are NOT allowed, sad as we had one the first time I checked on this park. Obviously we lost our furbaby. Cats are welcome either on a leash or kept inside at all times. I've seen complaints about the electricity costs. Ours was very reasonable and considering we were there through the winter months and using our fireplace allot, we found that the cost was very reasonable. They tell you UP front what the cost is per kilowatt hour. This applies to long term stay. Shannon and Tom were friendly and courteous and funny. You become a problem it will be taken seriously and dealt with swiftly. This is a quiet, safe and beautiful environment. There are rules that apply to everyone, no exceptions. The old saying of do unto others is applicable.
