I moved into the Palmer October 2021 and so far it has been a great experience. The complex feels safe and the grounds are well taken care of. The office staff are always super friendly. And the maintenance staff are AMAZING. I have had to submit maintenance requests a couple of times and they are always incredibly responsive and professional. So far I am very satisfied with my experience here.

I've been here about six months now, and I would recommend this place to friends. My personal favorite thing is the maintenance crew, who are very dog friendly and sometimes carry treats for the fluffy friends. The half-dozen or so maintenance requests I've put in have all been addressed by the next day.

Loved my walk through and Autumn. I'm excited about all the amenities and the gorgeous layouts. I literally visited about 12 communities before picking one and Palmer was at the top the whole way. Looking so forward to living here!

My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! Management has been great; very accommodating and personable. The other residents I've met so far have been friendly and welcoming. The maintenance crew is awesome! My dog loves that there are several other small dogs like herself. The complex is generally quiet as is the area - other than the airport, which I actually enjoy hearing the airplanes. Great location, too! Close to the light rail and Target (the important things), as well as many other shopping centers, parks, and easy access to the highway. I love living here and am super glad I found this place!
