I’ve lived in these apartments for years without issues with friends parking inside and out. There’s plenty of spots inside. My friend came over, he’s been over before, didn’t even overnight the car.. and his car got towed. $400 bucks later and a 30 min drive to the centennial airport area, we finally got it back after dealing with a rude front desk woman. I’ve enjoyed living here but what is the point of the towing? He wasn’t parked in a covered spot, he was not parked in the way of anything. this policy is bonkers. I don’t feel like I can even get a temp parking pass because there are so many rules with that, and there’s no spots in front of the gate. And when people do park their vehicles there, it’s a pain because they’re in the way of people driving into and out of the community. So it creates another problem. This was poorly thought out and should be heavily reconsidered. Wyatt’s Towing is a scam of a company. Follow up: spoke with management, I don’t know when the policy changed but apparently non-property cars are not allowed inside. This policy seems bizarre being that people pay for spots and then the rest is just open. And people can still crowd. I appreciate the response and looking into the policy. Update: No changes have been announced. It was just a response to look like there would be a change. After speaking with others, we’ve all been told people ARE allowed to be within the gate during the day and even had friends stay overnight that were just parked in spots. Wyatt’s is a scammer tow business. Avana has not reviewed or changed any policies.

We have had a great experience at Avana. All of the staff were so helpful in our move here from Ohio. Maintenance is always on top of any issue that we have had and they do a great job. They are super nice to talk to and very courteous. Office staff are awesome! We go up to the office just to talk sometimes. Everyone has done such a great job of making us feel at home. When we came to find an apartment, Avana was not only the best as far as great apartments and amenities but also the most affordable. Would totally recommend Avana!

I have lived at this apartment complex for two years, and over the last year they have progressively gotten worse at doing simple tasks. How low does your IQ have to be to fail at running an apartment complex? Simple tasks like renters insurance certification. I have had 3 people including the property manager tell me in person my certificate was good, just to have corporate void it and charge me 15 dollars a month. This has happen repeatedly. They were not even able to tell me an accurate move in date when moving from one apartment to another, and had me postpone for 3 weeks because they dont know how to run anything. Do not rent here. Since the crime rate is so bad around the apartment complex (my car has been broken into, and i have stopped two individuals from stealing a motorcycle), i had my friend park inside the gated area to be safe. Thinking at worse he would get a citation. They towed his car. Not to the tow company within a mile but to centennial airport, some 15 miles away. Guys its an apartment complex, not exactly cutting edge tech here. I hope this review makes you feel bad about yourself, because you should.
