I love bringing my puppy back to walk around the area. I lived in the Mark's Apartments for 3 years before getting evicted over them not working with my boyfriend getting a new and better paying job and his first check being held for 2 weeks and rent being late because of that. Nope, 3 years wasn't enough for them to work with us...so sadly, we had to leave. My puppy grew up in that apartment and LOVES to go back and run around.

I am going to leave a fair and honest review. I'm going to tell you right now you do not want to live at this place. Yes, there is nice amenities and it looks nice, but the underlying issues are outrageous. The staff could genuinely care less about what happens to their residents. Since the start when we first moved in the A/C was broken that took weeks to get fixed, to then cockroaches, to now finally our car getting stolen today. I really wanted to like it here, but I just can't. The Marks has no remorse and always puts the blame on their residents. All of the managers there especially Chris have been unhelpful in solving many of these problems. To sum this up I would be concerned with the safety of this place as well as many maintenance issues. Nothing but problems.

I toured with Caley and she made the experience fun! She's very personable, honest, and patient. When I walked in she was busy, but welcoming and excited to show me the property. I did not feel like she was rushing the tour or trying to "sell" me on anything and the conversations were great! From the time I walked in to the time I applied, and even after, her communication has been wonderful.

Probably the works place to live. the rate is extremely high for what they offer. They have been renovating the unit above me for more than 2 months and they started construction about 1 month after I moved in. They start drilling and hammering at 8am and have no consideration for the tenants below. Don’t sign!
