I quit calling and just go in anymore
When I first moved in almost 5 years ago the management was top notch and yes, they actually answer the phone, returned emails and we're on point. As of 10/20/20 phones aren't answered, messages not responded to, emails not responded to and a whole lot of miscommunication about rent fees, insurance, deposits, etc. It is sad to see the decline in management and ownership. The Marks is loosing great tenants due to mis/poor management.
Never call. Never leave a message. They don’t like to answer the phones so your best bet is to go in. I’ve lived here for 4 years and through all 3 management companies the office has never answered the phone.
I have lived here for three years and have never been able to contact the office by phone. Now they don't respond to emails about extra charges on our account. Even if you leave your name and number, they will never call back. Like you, Ive just been going into the office, but even that hasn't helped our situation. Nothing had changed and I feel incredibly ignored. It's such a shame to watch these lovely apartments fall into such poor management.
Wife and I just moved out after almost three years, and the reviews are true. Poorly managed, incompetent staff, current tenants are of lowest priority compared to potential leasers just to fall into same trap. Move in showed much better staffing and management. Websites are dedicated to showing how bad Greystar management is. I feel sorry for anyone working under this company.
