This appears to be a constant with Rise, However, in their defense, when I asked one of the reps if there were anymore hidden fees that I should know about since it is impossible to achieve their advertised price, his reply to me was "no, I think that's about it for hidden fees"... Near as I can tell, that's the only truth they have spoken to me.
Theres almost always a wait time since rise is corporate, actually getting someone local is almost impossible guess you call Paul himself (in co springs). Sounds like you're getting ghosted instead of VIP.
