This appears to be a constant with Rise, However, in their defense, when I asked one of the reps if there were anymore hidden fees that I should know about since it is impossible to achieve their advertised price, his reply to me was "no, I think that's about it for hidden fees"... Near as I can tell, that's the only truth they have spoken to me.
This is a very common thing for rise.. to lie and lie and lie until they get it right if they ever do. Been tracking my connection for 3 years now and all my delay and ping issues are from my third hop which is their infrastructure. Everything on my local network is amazing
