I stopped by to ask a few questions about a modular home; when the manager "Michael Johnson" heard I was there I could here his comments of frustration that he was too busy to deal with another customer. I know the housing market is booming and everyone is busy, but a good salesman will alway take a few minutes to make customer feel wanted. Hell will freeze over before I go back to Clayton homes Youngsville NC tobuy anything.

No one ever called to follow up on item I am not happy bc I am tired of trying. 2/22/22–you responded to this and asked me to call, I did, no return call. I’ll assume you just have so much business, don’t need mine and just don’t want negative reviews!

A total waste of my time! I had an appointment at 2pm but there was a wait which was no big deal but Justin or Josh stated to me he only had a couple minutes to talk and told me there was nothing he can do for me without asking me any questions and he didn't pull up anything just wrote my name on a piece of paper. We talked for a total of 5 mins so when I said well I'm just going to leave since you're only given me general information after I'm asking all the questions and not real answers as to what you can do for me. He asked me if he said something wrong or offended me. Its too late for that. Terrible!!
