Don’t try to go if you don’t have a membership. I hurt my lower back and attempted to go in to get relief. I told the receptionist that I used to have the membership and wasn’t interested in getting it at this time, but that I just needed a single adjustment. She handed me a stack of paperwork and a new keychain pass, and I reiterated that I wasn’t interested in the membership and only wanted a single adjustment. Despite their website advertising no appointments needed and the ability to pay $45 for a single session, the receptionist was looking at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Sullivan came around the corner telling me they’re just like any other clinic in the area and I’d need to sign up if I needed an adjustment. Frustrated and in so much pain I stated I’d been seen several times before without a membership and by paying the $45 fee as I walked out the door. I’m a person in need of help, I’m not going to stand there and argue with you about what your own website says. My business has been taken elsewhere.
